Easy Return & Exchange Policy
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
You need to fill the contact us form available here (Contact Us) with the details of the reason for return and the inconvenience caused, and do not forget to mention the Invoice number/Bill number that is mentioned on the bill provided at the time of delivery. All returns are evaluated before being processed. Once we receive your request we will take about 1 day to review the same and get back to you to discuss how the return can be processed if it’s authorized from our end.
Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice.Customer can only return within 15 days, start from the day of purchase printed in Invoice.All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 15 days.
Please note that it usually takes 5-7 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment.
The refund can be processed in following ways:
1) If the product is delivered to you in damaged condition or wrong product is delivered to you, as in the style or color etc then a pick up will be arranged to collect the product back and 100 % of the amount you have paid will be refunded in case the product is unused and not damaged.
2) If you want to return the product because you do not like the color ,style or anything about the bag and do not wish to keep it with you then a pick up will be arranged to collect the product back and the amount of reverse shipping will be deducted from the amount you have paid . All this in case the product is unused and not damaged.
